If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to inform us of an intention to return an item from the date you received it, and a further 14 days to return it to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions to our Returns policy
Some of our products are classed as perishable items – including, but not exclusive to, cut Christmas trees and hand 'made to order' wreaths. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided. Refunds and replacements may not be possible after an item's useful life. So, in the case of any unexpected problem, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you want to make a formal complaint in regards to the quality of perishable items received please provide us with the details, your invoice number, your name and address within 24 hours of delivery and we will be glad to provide an appropriate adjustment, replacement, or refund, depending on the particular situation.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
